How fast will I receive my work?

Most requests come back same day. More complex builds take a little longer, but you’ll always know where things stand. There are no 3-week silences.
How does onboarding work?

The setup fee covers a fully human-guided onboarding. Your AI gets built, trained on your voice, and loaded with your brand, platforms, and business context. Your command center goes live. You get education and training so you and your team actually know how to use it. Once that’s done, you’re ready to request anything.
Who does the actual work?

Nathaniel Solace runs ThoughtLeaderAI directly. Your AI is built by him, trained on your voice by him, and strategy is with him. You get direct access. Not a junior team, not a VA farm. The thing that makes this worth the monthly rate is that you’re working with the person who actually built it.
What is the command center, exactly?

Your command center is a completely custom dashboard that shows everything you care about in one place: revenue, email performance, AI tasks, active flows, and more. You can send voice notes into it, request work from it, and talk directly to your AI or to Nathaniel from it. It replaces a dozen different apps and becomes the one screen you check to know what’s going on.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?

Queue up as many as you want. We work through them one at a time so everything gets done right, not just done fast. The queue is always visible in your command center.
How does the pause feature work?

Billing runs on 31-day cycles. If you only need 21 days in a month, pause. Your remaining 10 days bank for later. Nothing gets wasted. It’s closer to a retainer you actually control than a subscription.
How do you handle larger projects?

Big projects get broken into chunks and delivered progressively. You’ll see real progress every day or two, not a 3-week silence followed by a big reveal.
What platforms do you work in?

How do I send in a request?

Your command center has a request board. Drop a note, a Loom link, a Google Doc, or a voice memo. We handle it from there. Most people switch to voice notes within a week because it’s that much faster.
What if I don’t like what was delivered?

We keep going until it’s right. No extra charge. Ever.

The setup fee is non-refundable. You’re getting the full build, the training, and the keys to the system. The monthly rate has a 75% refund in the first week if it’s not for you. No refunds after that or on completed work.
Can I use ThoughtLeaderAI for just a month?
