1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information NathanielSolace.com and its brands (including ThoughtLeaderAI) collect when you visit our sites, book a call, opt in to a resource, or purchase a product, and what we do with it.

This policy covers our own data practices. It does not cover the privacy practices of third-party AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or others) you may choose to use after working with us — see our Privacy & AI Safety Guide for guidance on that, and Section 9 below.

By using this site, booking a call, opting in, or purchasing, you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, please don't submit information to us.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Give Us

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

3. How We Use Information

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies & Tracking

Our sites use cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels) to:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect some site functionality (for example, theme preference will reset each visit).

4.1 Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no industry-standard way to respond to it, and we do not currently alter our data practices based on DNT signals. If that changes, we'll update this policy.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to run our sites and deliver our products. Each processes a limited slice of information on our behalf, governed by their own privacy policies:

ProviderPurpose
StripePayment processing. Stripe receives your billing details directly; we do not store full card numbers.
KajabiCourse/membership hosting, checkout, and email delivery for enrolled products.
KlaviyoEmail marketing and automated sequences for subscribers and customers.
NetlifyWebsite hosting and form/function infrastructure.
Cloudflare (Turnstile)Bot and spam protection on forms.
TidyCalCall scheduling. Booking a call shares your name, email, and selected time with TidyCal.

We only work with providers who maintain their own commitments to data protection. We do not control their systems and are not responsible for their independent privacy practices — review their policies directly if you have specific concerns.

6. When We Share Information

Beyond the service providers listed in Section 5, we share personal information only when:

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 30 days.

9. AI Tools & Your Data

If our services involve building or operating AI-driven workflows for you (for example, an AI-maintained command center, automations, or content pipelines), the content you send into that system — voice notes, messages, documents — is processed by the AI platforms that power it (such as Anthropic's Claude) in order to do the work you've asked for. Those platforms have their own data-handling practices, separate from ours.

We strongly recommend reviewing our Privacy & AI Safety Guide for guidance on what to share with any AI system. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, you are responsible for what you input into third-party AI tools.

10. Children's Privacy

Our products and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International Visitors

We are based in the United States and our service providers primarily operate there. If you access our sites from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S. and other jurisdictions where our providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. We'll update the "Last Updated" date above when we do.
